Overview:

* Assist the Head Football Coach in providing a successful football program Grades 9 through 12

* Provide student/athletes with an opportunity to participate in a successful football program

* Provide quality instruction and skill development for all student/athletes in the football program

* Promote student/athlete participation in the football program at all levels

* Establish and maintain a collaborative coaching environment

* Establish and maintain a positive line of communication with student/athletes, parents, coaches, faculty, administrators and the community

* Provide rigorous classroom instruction in the assigned content subject area

* Understand U.I.L. Rules and Regulations

High School coaching experience preferred

Two years of coaching experience required

Coaching stipends are added to the applicable B.I.S.D. Teacher Hiring Guide rate to determine final salary
