Overview:

* Assit the Athletic Director in providing direction for the volleyball program Grades 7 through 12

* Provide student/athletes with an opportunity to participate in a successful volleyball program

* Provide quality instruction and skill development for all student/athletes in the volleyball program

* Promote student/athlete participation in the volleyball program at all levels

* Supervise assistant coaches and the volleyball program Grades 7 through 12

* Provide quality classroom instruction in the assigned content subject area

* Establish and maintain a collaborative coaching environment

* Establish and maintain a positive line of communication with student/athletes, parents, coaches, faculty, administrators and community

* Understand U.I.L. Rules and Regulations

Head Volleyball Coach experience preferred

Four years of Volleyball Coaching experience required

Coaching stipends are added to the applicable B.I.S.D, Teacher Hiring Guide rate to determine final salary.
